Discovery Center Museum

One of my favorite Discovery Center Museum memories is asking my wife and kids if we could just stay a little longer because I was having too much fun to leave.

Rockford's Discovery Center welcomed visitors from all 50 states, Washington, D.C. and several foreign countries, with two-thirds of non-member visitors coming from outside the city of Rockford.

To celebrate Illinois' bicentennial, the organization Illinois Top 200 lets Illinoisans vote every two weeks on the most inspiring leaders, greatest books, top businesses and much more.

There'll be plenty of time for apple-bobbing and trick-or-treating, but before you and the kids head out with treat bags in hand, why not take some time to learn what makes Halloween tick with some "Spooky Science" courtesy of Rockford's own Discovery Center Museum?
