Greg Maddux Said That Bonds Was Easy To Pitch To

Maddux never let pride get in the way of winning games. 

If it matterd, I'd just walk him.

Just some outstanding honesty from one of the greatest pitchers of all time.

He's absolutely right by the way and he wasn't the only one who felt that way. When Bonds was in his prime (and roided up) you just didn't mess with him. This is the guy who was one time intentionally walked WITH THE BASES LOADED.

I'm not exactly sure where the Maddux video is from but it appears to be from some sort of Braves fan convention because Chipper Jones shared another story about Maddux and Bonds.

Greg Maddux sure sounds like he was fun to play with.
