If you love the Bears, and your favorite way to catch their games is in person, make sure you're ready with some money.

The Chicago Bears may not have the slightest idea where or when they'll build a new stadium, but they're totally clear on how much you'll pay to catch a game at Soldier Field.

A lot.

A new study from The Action Network finds that Bears tickets are officially the most expensive in the NFL in 2026. And if you're thinking about taking the whole family to a game, you might want to check the couch cushions before you leave. Then, go next door to your neighbor's house and check their couch cushions, too.

The Chicago Bears Take The Biggest Chunk Of Money In The League

According to the study, four Bears tickets cost an estimated $2,049.80. That's the highest four-ticket price of any team in the NFL. Once you add in food, drinks and parking (because you will), the estimated cost for a family of four reaches $2,169.87.

That makes the Bears the second-most-expensive NFL team overall for a family game day, trailing only the Buffalo Bills. A family of four attending a Bills game at the new Highmark Stadium is estimated to spend $2,193.95, which is just $24.08 more than the Bears experience at Soldier Field.

And here's where it gets particularly painful for Bears fans.

The NFL average for the same family-of-four outing is $1,474.55. In other words, a trip to Soldier Field is estimated to cost nearly $700 more than the league average.

Like So Many Other Things, The Cost Of Attending An NFL Game Has Kept Going Up

The Action Network based its study on 539,192 ticket listings from all 32 NFL teams, then added standardized estimates for concessions and parking. For the Bears, that includes about $70 for food and drinks (two beers, two soft drinks and four hot dogs), plus an estimated $50 for parking.

And the price has jumped. The estimated family cost at Soldier Field is up 12.2% from $1,933.37 last year. The Bears went from fourth-most-expensive in the NFL for families in 2025 to second this year.

Of course, all of this comes as the Bears' future home remains one of the biggest question marks in Chicago sports. The team has shifted its attention toward a potential stadium in Hammond, Indiana, while Arlington Heights and Chicago have seemingly been sidelined in the ongoing conversation.

So, wherever the Bears eventually play, it seems pretty certain that Bears football isn't getting any cheaper. And if you want to see them at Soldier Field while you still can, you might want to start saving now.
