Friday Night Hoops Is Following Hononegah Downstate

The Hononegah girl's basketball team will make their first-ever trip downstate and WROK will be there to broadcast their journey. 

Hononegah knocked off Wheaton Warrenville South Monday night to advance to the State semi-finals. They will match up with Main West on Friday night. Pregame will begin at 7 PM, tipoff should be around 7:15.

Main West will be the Indian's biggest test of the year. They are nationally ranked and currently are ranked as the #1 girls team in Illinois.

Hononegah is playing their best basketball of the season and should be ready for this huge test.

Win or lose, we will also carry the Lady Indians game on Saturday, which will either be for the title or third place. The championship game will tip off at 7:15, the third place game is before that at 5:30.
