Super-Powered Meter Maid, or Clever Commercial?

I kind of hate to admit to a rather unpopular position, but I like commercials. For several reasons. First and foremost, they pay my salary. Going commercial-free would mean going paycheck free for Scot and me. Secondly, I appreciate the commercials that come at you from an unexpected angle.

The video below sort of comes off like a well-prepared street prank. Something amazing is happening, and the people nearby are even more mesmerized than the viewer. The producers of this video wait until the end to reveal their purpose.
