East Dubuque, Aquin will battle for the Sectional championship tonight. They lead our final NUIC boys basketball rankings for 2016-17.

1. East Dubuque (30-2) Now ranked seventh in 1A AP poll. Plays for Sectional Championship tonight against Aquin.

2. Aquin (27-5) Plays for Sectional Championship tonight against East Dubuque.

3. Eastland (22-8) Lost in Regional Championship 55-54 to Aquin.

4. Orangeville (17-12) Won their first Regional title in 26 years before falling to East Duquque 48-38 in the Sectional.

5. Pearl City (16-11) Lost 49-45 to Eastland.

6. Milledgville (20-9)

7. Forreston (16-11)

8. Ashton/Franklin Center (20-11)
