Cubs star power makes them favorites

Sports Illustrated released its rankings of the 100 best players in the game today and it shows the National League Central should be a two-team race. 

Here are the NL Central players in S.I.'s top 100:

So, if you're keeping score, the Cubs have seven of the top 100 players, the Cardinals four, Brewers two, Reds one and the Pirates zero.

The American League Central lacks the NL Central star power. Judging by SI, the Indians are the clear favorites with six of the 11 top players.
