State Rep. Tom Demmer: Madigan Feeling Challenge To His Power [AUDIO]

State Rep. Tom Demmer joined the show this week to discuss a number of things shaking in Springfield.

Demmer weighed in on House Speaker Mike Madigan's recent assertion that he "[doesn't]  think that Gov. Rauner won the election, I think that Gov. Quinn lost the election." He says that's a clear indication Madigan is feeling a challenge to his long-held power in Springfield.

He also talked about the vote to allow federal spending to "pass through" Springfield and the police reform bill that Gov. Rauner signed into law.
