Rockford native & Chicago Tribune editorial board member Kristen McQueary joined the show this week to discuss Illinois' budget crisis and the proposed public negotiation sessions between the Governor and legislative leaders. As you might have picked up from the headline on this piece, she's not an enthusiastic supporter of the idea.
