The CDC might not be the first organization you think of when you think of a study like this but we will take it! A new study was done using data from the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention and it puts Minnesota in a pretty good light.

The study was conducted by a meditation site called MindWings using data from the CDC to see which states reported symptoms of anxiety and depression the least. Data used is from 2020 to 2023.

You already know Minnesota did well but did you think we would do this great? According to this study, Minnesota is the second happiest state in the country. It came in only second to South Dakota, which is pretty dang good!
