Bryan Bickell suited up for 384 Blackhawk games but none were more meaningful than Thursday night's game.

Bickell has recently been diagnosed with MS and decided to retire. The Hawks decided to sign him to a one-day contract and let him suit up one more time before the season's opener.

Bickell, who spent some time with the IceHogs as well, took a ceremonial lap around the ice as the sold-out crowd cheered him on. It was pretty touching.

Hopefully, Bryan can live out his days with relative ease. MS is a horrible disease that affects everyone differently. The road ahead of him is going to be tough but it looks like he'll have plenty of support through everything.
