Doesn't matter how cheap the alcohol is, people will still be spending A LOT on the Fourth of July. WalletHub details -

The National Retail Federation projects that American households this year will spend a collective $7.5 billion on Fourth of July celebrations.

That's a lot of hot dogs, beer, and fireworks. Hopefully this year we can all celebrate enough for last year too. No matter how you're going to celebrate, please be smart and safe about celebrating.
