Author James Rollins Talks About His New Book, ‘The 6th Extinction’ [AUDIO]

Best-selling author James Rollins recently joined the show to talk about the latest book in his Sigma Force series, "The 6th Extinction". Riley was especially excited about the chat, as he's a big fan of Rollins' work.

We talked about the new book, which explores the impending mass extinction, ecological meltdowns, synthetic biologists and why mass extinction might be a good thing for our planet.

But Rollins also has spent the entire summer focusing on the military. He's the chair of the Authors United for Veterans program through USA Cares. We spend some time on how he got involved in that effort.
