Chicago Bears vs Green Bay Packers Rivalry

In my opinion, not only is the Chicago Bears vs Green Bay Packers rivalry the best in football and the NFL, I believe it is the greatest in all sports.

There is only one problem. The games have been one-sided for a long-time with Green Bay dominating. It is hard to take a rivalry seriously when one team has a huge advantage.

Sometimes I wonder if the Packers or their fans even care anymore. It has become just another easy win on Green Bay's schedule. Do the Chicago players have the same hateful feelings as their fans? I am going to say no.

I am a lifelong Bears fan and I think the only ones keeping it alive right now are the bitter fans like myself. Not even having a chance against the Cheeseheads has made us very angry. Hopefully, eventually, the Monsters of the Midway will catch up.

Chicago Bears Fans Earn A Victory Over Green Bay Packers

Like Aaron Rodgers said earlier this season, the Green Bay Packers own the Chicago Bears on the field and in the standings. When it comes to fans, I think they are equal. Both have huge support no matter what. There is one category that the victory is flip-flopped.

According to nbcchicago.com, 

"Yes, Chicago Bears fans are again named among the worst complainers in the NFL by a new survey. But which fans were ranked worse?"

Okay, at first glance, that does not look good but check this out. Take a look at who is above them.

Did you look carefully at that list? Bears fans are ranked number eight which is nothing to brag about, but the Packers fans sit at six which is worse. Chicago earns this victory.

Here are a couple of side notes...

"Bears fans' "most annoying habit" was "using victim mentality," according to the survey, though they were also said to typically complain about the referees or "act as armchair quarterbacks."

 

"Packers' Aaron Rodgers was voted the second biggest whiner of all NFL quarterbacks, according to survey results."

I agree with both of those statements.
