The title of this post is the money quote from Ryan Clark in the above video but any Bear fan should watch the whole minute long video. Clark really sums it up.

The Bears are now 5-6 after a 41-25 loss to the Packers on national television Sunday night. Mitchell Trubisky was reinserted as the starting QB because Nick Foles was "injured" (he probably actually was still injured from being carted off the field 2 weeks ago, but all trust has been lost with this team.) Trubisky was again, bad. He fumbled the ball 3 times and threw 2 picks, including this one into triple coverage.

Truly one of the worst throws you can make.

The defense either all of a sudden got bad during the bye week or they simply refuse to carry this offense to the end of a pointless season.

This tweet really hit home for me:

Regardless of whose fault it is, the Bears are now an embarrassment. The online mob has their pitchforks sharpened for both GM Ryan Pace and head coach Matt Nagy. The Bears have never (at least in modern history) fired a coach midseason so I wouldn't hold your breath on a press conference before the season is over. Another thing to keep in mind is that Nagy and Pace are under contract through the 2021 season. The Bears have balked before on eating the remaining years on a contract and that was without a pandemic. Revenue will definitely be down this year and no one is even sure yet if fans will be allowed at games next year. These things do not add up to any immediate changes at Halas Hall.

I'm 41 years old and have never known what rooting for a functional offense at the NFL level feels like. Because I'm a bit of a masochist, let's take a look at the list of Bear starting quarterbacks since they won a Super Bowl, get your barf bag ready:
