Illinois Congressman Adam Kinzinger joined the show this week to discuss recent Supreme Court decisions involving Obamacare and gay marriage.

Kinzinger told us that in the wake of King v. Burwell ruling, running on a "repeal and replace" platform could work again in 2016 for Republican candidates because the law remains unpopular. But he warns any GOP nominee for President must have a clear replacement plan for Obamacare:
