Pretty much every Cub fan remembers where they were when they watched or found out about Kerry Wood striking out 20 Houston Astros.

Personally, I was a freshman in college and had the afternoon off. I didn't make it a habit to watch every Cub game that year but it was early in the season and I didn't have anything else to do. The next 3 hours were magical. Being there from the beginning was special. You could hear the incredulous-ness in Chip Carey's voice early on when he saw how much Wood was making the ball dance that day.

It was probably the greatest game ever pitched. An infield hit (that could have easily been called an error) was the only blemish on Wood's record that day.

The abbreviated version above is great. If you have time, the following documentary is a MUST WATCH for any Cub fan.
