China Has the Worst Traffic Jams on Earth

I sometimes laugh a bit when someone complains about being caught in Rockford's rush hour. Not that it can't be a pain, but c'mon...you know that there are places so much worse, like Chicago and Milwaukee, both close enough that you could go see for yourself without having to go to New York, Houston, or the American grand-daddy of traffic jams, Los Angeles.

However, even citizens of those cities have to thank their lucky stars that they're not stuck in one of China's world-class traffic jams. Imagine for a moment that you're concluding a fantastic vacation in China. You've seen and done so much stuff, now you're ready to head to Beijing's airport and fly home. Yeah, about that...

How many of those cars are rentals that need to be returned?
