If you only have one marg, it's kind of on this list.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still eating fudge until January 4th, but you know then I'm going to start following these rules.

  4. Drink One Alcoholic Drink Per Day
  5. Eat Dark Chocolate
  6. Drink Cherry Juice
  7. Get 7 Servings of Fruits and Vegetables
  8. Snack on Nuts
  9. Don't Eat in Yoga Pants
  10. Eat Less for Dinner
  11. Eat More Fish
  12. Drink Wine Every Night
