Try Some ‘Winter Life Hacks’ to Get Through the Cold

We've just passed the mid-point of January, and experience tells us that we're not even close to getting rid of Old Man Winter--we're actually at around half-time of the ongoing Freeze-Bowl. Maybe a few of these ideas will make the second half a little easier.

As far as your dog goes, maybe you'll have good luck trying to get your dog to wear boots (like the good boy in the above photo). More likely, your dog will do what our Weimaraner Lucy did when we put them on her--goose-step wildly, plow into the cabinets, then refuse to move while looking as pathetic as possible.
