This Fed Up Illinoisan Has A Message For Springfield

Just in case the folks downstate didn't know we were already fed up with not having a budget for more than 3 years, here's a reminder. 

This sign was seen over I-90 near the Harlem Road exit. He didn't mince any words and kept it PG. That's a lot better than what I've heard from political pundits.

Now that the state is on the verge of acquiring junk status maybe a couple of representatives will take notice. I don't think they will but one needs to have some hope.
