In the interests of full disclosure, I must admit that I am not a roller-coaster enthusiast. Having had more than one theme park excursion ruined by riding on, and subsequently vomiting near a fearsomely named coaster (The Widowmaker, The Screaming & Crying Eagle, or The Pants Filler 2000, to name but a few), has taught me that although I may like them, roller coasters don't particularly care for me.

However, I know that lots of you LOVE them. People travel all over the world to ride the latest, greatest, fastest, twistiest, scariest roller coasters they can find.

I'm guessing that many roller coaster lovers will be headed for Carowinds Theme/Amusement Park on the North Carolina/South Carolina state line to be among the first to ride what's being billed as the World's Tallest and Fastest Giga-Coaster, the Fury 325.

Take a look at this POV (Point of View) video of a test run of The Fury 325 taken last Wednesday:

Okay. Go ahead and put me in the "No Freaking Way" column. Thanks.
