Senior Bingo Is Back This Friday

Are you a senior? Do you like bingo? Even better, do you like free bingo?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, we cordially invite you out to Senior Bingo with the Rockford Police.

The event is beginning its third month and has been quite the success.

Bingo begins at 9:30AM at District 1's brand new headquarters located at 1045 W. State St. Seriously, if you haven't seen the new building yet it's worth the trip out there just for that.

The admission is free and the prizes are great. There will also be a presentation at "halftime" from the Rockford Police or some other local organization that targets an issue facing the seniors of our community.

And to sweeten the pot, your's truly will be there calling the numbers. Come on out, I'd love to meet some listeners. Tips aren't expected but always appreciated.
