This Friday, the Rockford City Market, one of Rockford's favorite ongoing events, makes its triumphant return to downtown, much to the delight of all of us who've enjoyed it so much in previous years.

If you've never been to the Rockford City Market, this is a great time to start. They've added even more vendors this year, in addition to local growers, unique retail items, demonstrations, kids activities, and more. Best of all, admission is free.
