One of the most legendary names and faces in TV history is getting ready to go on the road to promote a brand new book.

Fans of Katie Couric are going to have to line up pretty quick to buy tickets to her tour because there aren't a ton of stops.

THE GOING THERE TOUR

Announced just yesterday, Couric will go on an 11 city jaunt across the United States with stops in Boston, New York City, and Washington D.C. along with a one-day stay in Illinois.

Couric will be there promoting her brand new memoir Going There which will be out on October 26.

According to Icon vs Icon:

Couric will bring attendees into her personal and professional life, sharing the emotional, riveting story of a thoroughly modern woman, whose journey took her from humble origins to superstardom.

WHEN IS KATIE COURIC COMING TO CHICAGO?

Just a few days after a stop in Dallas, Texas, Couric will bring her show to Chicago, and the Chicago Theatre on Saturday, November 6.

Tickets for the event go on sale this Friday, June 25 at 10 a.m. on Ticketmaster.
