Illinois Vs Wisconsin DUI Arrest Which One Is More Ridiculous?
In this day and age with all the ride options, getting arrested for a DUI really seems stupid and unacceptable.
DUI Arrest In Madison, Wisconsin
The incident happened sometime after 8 p.m. just a couple of nights ago. The Madison police received several calls about a car in distress. When officers arrived on the scene, the suspect had driven her car off the road. The woman ran over some train tracks and got her minivan stuck. During the investigation, the driver smelled like booze so the cops conducted a breathalyzer test. It was two times over the legal limit. She was arrested.
A driver drove their minivan off the road and got stuck on train tracks Tuesday night while allegedly drunk driving, Madison police said.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of first-offense OWI.
DUI Arrest In Glenview, Illinois
This scenario happened one night over the weekend. A pair of officers on patrol had a vehicle pulled over. Of course, their squad car lights were on for all to see. Then, all of a sudden they were hit from behind by another car. The cops figured out the suspect was wasted so they arrested him. Luckily, no one was seriously injured.
The CCSO said the driver failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody by the Glenview Police Department.
We hold our officers in our prayers as they make their recoveries and we remind everyone: Do not drink and drive.
Which DUI Was More Ridiculous?
They are both bad situations. Like I said earlier, there's no excuse for a DUI nowadays. Both drunk drivers are dumb, so I would say they are equally ridiculous. Please learn from their stupidity.
