Naperville’s ‘Taylor Swift House’ Returns For The Holidays
If you've been to Naperville this week, you might have made a double-take.
No, Taylor Swift hasn't bought a house in town, but one massive fan has turned their home into a Swiftie paradise, and it's become the talk of the internet again.
For the second year in a row, Amy Scott, a lifelong Taylor Swift fan, turned her yard into the ultimate tribute to the singer.
The decorations reference Swift's lyrics and, this year, a cardboard cutout of her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
If you're a fan of her music, you must see it in person.
What's the Big Deal?
Scott's home has gone viral again, and people from all over are coming to town, including folks making the trek from Rockford to Naperville just to take a quick selfie with the holiday display.
And really, though, who wouldn't want to take a picture in front of the home with a cardboard cutout of Travis Kelce, on the roof, no less, in the background?
The home is decorated with a mixture of handmade creations and carefully chosen props.
The best part is that there is literally something for just about every Swiftie, from big to small, with Easter eggs that only the most diehard fans will catch.
Why Should Rockford Care?
Well, we don't have a Taylor Swift home in the Rockford area yet, so this quick jaunt to Naperville will satiate your appetite for a Taylor-themed Christmas home.
Most importantly, you should care because Taylor Swift remains one of the most talked-about celebs on the planet, and her romance with Travis Kelce fuels endless internet chatter.
If you're up for it, take a short road trip to Naperville near the intersection of Atlas and Tupelo to see the "Taylor Swift house" with your own two eyes.
