Today the Illinois Policy Institute is kicking off budget season by releasing its comprehensive plan to end the perpetual budget crises that have plagued the state for decades.

Illinois Policy's Director of Budget and Tax Research, Adam Schuster, joined the WROK Morning Show Tuesday morning to discuss what the governor and Illinois lawmakers need to do to straighten out Illinois' financial house, along with Illinois Policy's suggestions for bringing about some fiscal sanity in Illinois:
