Chicago’s Got Some Serious Flooding Problems This Morning

ComEd crews are downtown this morning, working underground to address power outages created by flooding over the weekend.

All that rain and thunderstorm activity that we got to enjoy here in the Rockford area over the last 24 hours has moved off to our south and east, giving Chicago some serious problems.
