How Did This Beef-a-Roo Napkin End Up in Chicago?

It's amazing what you might find in a fence in Chicago.

Scrolling through Instagram this morning, I found something pretty crazy.

You might think a photo of a Beef-a-Roo napkin isn't anything too interesting, but the napkin was found hanging out in a fence... in Chicago!

So let's take guesses here, how many of you think someone who lives in Chicago drove to Rockford last night with a dire need for cheddar fries?

Or is one of our own Rockfordians just trying to spread the delicious word?
