What Makes One Illinois City Better Than Others When It Comes To St. Patrick's Day Celebrating?

That's what WalletHub set out to do, by compiling their piece "2022’s Best Cities for St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations." Here's what they used to make their rankings:

WalletHub compared 200 of the largest cities across 18 key metrics to find the best places to wear green and save some, too. Our data set ranges from Irish pubs and restaurants per capita to the lowest price for a three-star hotel on St. Patrick’s Day to the weather forecast.
