Are you registered to vote? You can check if you are, and if you're not you can register HERE!

I hope this year has been enough to inspire you to vote, but if it hasn't, I've got a story that will have you triple checking you're registered and ready to vote.

Meet Beatrice Lumpkin, the 102 year-old former Chicago school teacher who is proving that EVERYBODY can and should vote.

This isn't Bea's first rodeo, she's been a proud voter for a long time. She began voting 80 years ago and said the first presidential candidate she voted for was Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1940. She hasn’t missed a vote since.

Are you inspired to vote yet? Here's one more part of Bea's story that really made me smile. She said it was important for her vote this year because wanted to honor women’s rights. Because when Bea was born, women weren't allowed to vote. But that's not the only reason Bea made sure she put her ballot in the mail, she also said -

It’s the most important election of my lifetime. The very future of democracy is on the line.

Bea has the mail-in-ballot process down and feels totally secure with sending in her ballot by mail. She know's that as soon as her ballot is received she'll track it so she know's it makes it successfully.

Beatrice Lumpkin - thank you.

Be like Bea, get your voting plan figured out here.
