WCAS Reunites Long-Missing Cat With Its Family

Thanks to Winnebago County Animal Services (WCAS), a cat that went missing in South Carolina and was found in Rockford will be returned to her family.

Oh, and did I mention that the family of the missing cat (her name is Halloween) is now living in Oklahoma? And, that having the cat micro-chipped when it was a kitten made all the difference? Or, that Halloween has been missing for two years?
