Looking for dietary advice from an NFL star quarterback and future Hall-of-Famer? Well, you're in luck!

Patriots QB Tom Brady was on a Boston sports radio station this week when the conversation turned to a critical article about his personal trainer and business partner in Boston Magazine. According to Fox News, in the course of defending him, Brady said:

“You probably go out and drink Coca-Cola and think, ‘Oh yeah, that’s no problem.’ Why, because they pay lots of money for advertisements that think that you should drink Coca-Cola for a living? No. I totally disagree with that. And when people do that, I think that’s quackery. And just the fact that they can sell that to kids? That’s poison for kids."

Ouch! Good thing Pepsi is an official sponsor of the NFL and the Patriots and not Coca-Cola. And do you eat any breakfast cereal in the course of your day? Brady says stop it!:

As for Frosted Flakes, Brady joked that people believe the cereal is “actually a food.”

“You keep eating those things and you keep wondering why we do have just incredible rates of disease in our country,” the quarterback said.

As long as people are driving outside of their lanes, I look forward to hearing football advice from the public relations department at Coca-Cola and Kelloggs.
