New Year's Resolutions can be a lot of things. Learning a new skill, losing five pounds, reading more books, whatever you chose it to be for 2019, there's one way you can make it stick.
I started New Year's Resolution Brunch on December 31, 2011 and for the past seven years my friends and family have continued to bring their resolution foods to my parents house to share their goals for the new year.
We make these videos and re-watch them every year as a reminder of how cute my little nieces and nephews used to be (and still are) and because when you tell the whole world what you want to get out of the next year of life, you are so so so much more likely to keep it up!
