Phase-5

Before getting to Phase 5 and a fully-reopened state, we're now going to a Bridge Phase. It's hard to keep track of what it all means. Check this out.

I'm not really quick to agree with Governor Pritzker on much of anything, but it would seem that he was correct on Wednesday when he declared that "the days of vaccine scarcity are over" here in Illinois.
