LOOK: 2 Graphics That Fully Explain Illinois’ Bridge Phase to No More Limits
Before getting to Phase 5 and a fully-reopened state, we're now going to a Bridge Phase. It's hard to keep track of what it all means. Check this out.
In March, we were introduced to the 'Bridge Phase'. The new phase in the Governor JB Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan gets us a little closer to what many call 'normal' life.
To get to this 'Bridge Phase', the entire state had to reach a 70% first dose vaccination rate for residents 65 and over. We also had to maintain a 20% or lower ICU bed availability rate and hold steady on COVID-19 and COVID-like illness hospital admissions, mortality rate, and case rate over a 28-day monitoring period. This is what we were told back in March.
Illinois is moving into Restore Illinois 'Bridge' Phase. What does it mean?
In the Bridge Phase: Are more places opening? Will those places seat more? What does it mean for my gym? When are concerts coming back? Can we invite a couple hundred people to our wedding?
Here are two graphics the WGNTV.com shared, that I think answer all those questions and make the transition to no more limits easier to understand.
