Drivers in Illinois will not be surprised by this. The question is when will they catch a break?

Knowing how Illinois ranks poorly on so many lists, it's weird to see us ranked in the top ten of nearly anything. Being recognized for a top ten ranking would be great in many other cases, but getting the attention for high gas prices pretty much sucks.

Wouldn't it be nice to not pay for gas? With or without the soaring fuel prices, I want my gas to be FREE all the time!!!
