I'm a sucker for these types of stories, I'll readily admit. Service members returning home to the arms of their loved ones.

I've watched literally hundreds of them, and have been lucky enough to see a few in person. I've posted some of the videos here so you could share in the joy.

Sgt. John Vorrath watched the birth of his baby girl Charlotte on his iPad while he served in the Middle East. His commander saw and told him his leave to go home to Iowa was granted.

 

Now, I'm not going to bog you down with a lot of details, because this video doesn't really need them. Take a look at Sgt. Vorrath's story (some may need tissues):

 

 

Sgt. Vorrath will be on leave for a week before returning overseas for duty, according to WHO-TV.
