Sheryl Attkisson on Her Fight To Tell the Truth [AUDIO]
For most of the years of the Obama administration, Sheryl Attkisson has been one of the toughest, most well-respected journalists covering the goings-on in the White House and around Washington.
She is, after all, an Emmy award winning investigative journalist and author. And she was a Washington-based correspondent for CBS News from 1995 until she resigned earlier this year. Since then, Attkisson has been working through her own website and also contributing to The Daily Signal. And prepping the release of her new book, "Stonewalled," which is now available:
Stonewalled is the story of how her news reports were met with a barrage of PR warfare tactics, including online criticism, as well as emails and phone calls up the network chain of command in an effort to intimidate and discourage the next story.
Attkisson also reveals how she has been electronically surveilled while digging deep into the Obama Administration and details of her fight to tell the truth in the current political environment.
