Rockford Man Pleads Guilty in Armed Robbery at Pharmacy

Nikolas Dunn admitted to the November 2011 robbery, in which he taped two Walgreens employees to chairs and ordered another to unlock a safe at knife point. He then took off with an undisclosed amount of money in one of the workers' vehicles.

According to a press release, officers were able to locate Dunn at a nearby apartment after spotting the stolen vehicle. They also recovered a bag of money and a knife.

Dunn faces up to 30 years in prison followed by two years of mandatory supervised release.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 7.
