Rockford Airport Will Add Another Destination This Spring

Beginning this June, the Rockford Airport will begin service to the Florida Panhandle. 

Flights to Destin-Fort Walton Beach will begin June 5 this year.

To celebrate the new route, Allegiant will be offering $59 one way tickets for a limited time.

Planes will takeoff twice a week to the Panhandle and will be seasonal. No word yet on what the "season" will be.

This increases the total destinations from Rockford Airport to nine cities. In addition to the new Destin route, the Rockford Airport also services the cities of Cancun, Ft. Myers, Guanacaste Costa Rica, Las Vegas, Orlando, Phoenix, Punta Cana, and Tampa.
