Park District Hosts Free Winter Golf Extravaganza

Just because the mercury is plummeting doesn't mean you have to pack away the clubs. 

The Rockford Park District hosts a slew of winter golf activities that you can find out about during their free winter golf extravaganza.

RockfordParkDistrict - Information will be available about the Park District’s Winter Golf Academy indoor lessons for youth and adults at the ISC from November, 2018 through February, 2019. Additional event activities will include free golf lessons from PGA/LPGA instructors (ongoing during event hours), Golfzilla, Snag Golf, as well as games and prizes.

It all goes down on Sunday, October 21st from 5-8P at the Indoor Sports Center at Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park just east of the I-90 ramp.

Golf pros will be on site giving free lessons, so it will be beneficial to all the duffers out there.
