LOOK! Illinois Grocery Store Employee Reveals the Best Life Hack Ever
God Bless you, Christine. I stopped to get english muffins on my way to the radio station and look at the 'gift' she gave me. Heck, the gift SHE GAVE US ALL!!!
I'm so thankful to be able to shout the next line to so many grocery store shoppers.
STOP LICKING YOUR FINGERS WHEN GRABBING A PLASTIC BAG!
"Today is good day for a good day", I'm currently staring at recent gift that features those words. Today, the good comes from...
Woodman's Market in Rockford.
During the first few months of the pandemic in 2020, I was feeling really uncomfortable licking my fingers to try and open those little green produce bags. Every store trip, I saw others just like me, who were struggling to open them up with dry hands.
Then, my life was charmed with a new skill.
As a now former finger-licking produce bag handler, these other plastic bags always caused me a bit of frustration.
The plastic bags at checkout are an entirely different story. On occasion, an employee has separated the openings of several bags and you're not stuck looking like a fool trying peel the sides apart.
Every damn time I try to pull a side open I end up pulling either the whole bag off the rack are several.
Today, I finally decided to ask if there was some secret to performing this task. Guess what?
