My wife, Amy, is a frequent visitor to the website of what Scot and I call "The Most Trusted Name in News." No, not Fox, not CNN, we're talking...TMZ. That's right, when I need my showbiz information fix, I just lean over her shoulder.

Yesterday, she looked at me and said "I could get used to this," referring to a piece she was reading on the most expensive home in America (that's on the market). The place is called Palazzo di Amore, and until recently, it was listed for $195 million. I'm sure that an asking price like that might dissuade many of us from tendering an offer, so the owner, real estate billionaire Jeff Green, just this week, knocked $50 million off the asking price. That should erase any doubts that you may have harbored.

Palazzo di Amore sits on 25 acres, and the main house is around 35,000 square feet. Wanna take a look inside? Well, since they probably aren't running any 1pm-3pm Sunday open houses, we'll have to do it like this:

I wonder if they have one of those plastic boxes with information sheets inside planted on the front lawn. That would be very convenient.
