Laughing Through a Kitchen Disaster

If you've ever spent time in a kitchen (preparing food, not just consuming), you've probably experienced a kitchen disaster of one sort or another.

The worst kind involves the calling of an ambulance or fire truck, the seeking of new shelter for you and your family, etc.

The best kind usually winds up with some laughter, maybe combined with embarrassment.

I guess this one falls into the latter category, as host Steve (over at Webstaurant.com) decides to demonstrate his culinary skills with fried gnocchi.

Never had fried gnocchi before? There might be a reason for that.

I've gotta hand it to Steve. We should all react so well to a failed experiment.
