Naperville ranked highest, which is almost its own city, with a legitimate downtown and so many parks; even the most overcaffeinated child would be worn out by day's end.

Next is Clarendon Hills, slightly smaller but just as polished. The schools are the big draw and a great reason any young family would consider laying down roots.
