The Beef-a-Roo Comeback Continues

Guys, as a lifelong Beef-a-Roo fan, these past few weeks in the Rockford area have felt like Christmas came early.

Here's one reason why...

Beef-a-Roo Reopening in Roscoe, Illinois

Honestly, I don't think the Rockford area realized just how much we would miss Beef-a-Roo until those restaurants suddenly closed over the summer.

Beef-a-Roo is one of those places where my entire family agrees on something when it comes to eating out. My two daughters love it, too, which is not always an easy accomplishment in a house full of picky eaters.

Beef-a-Roo's new local owners have promised a return to the recipes and products we grew up loving and have plans to reopen all eight Stateline-area locations. Honestly, I am thrilled that the reopenings are happening way more quickly than many of us expected them to!

Are you ready for the good news?

The Beef-a-Roo restaurant located at 5109 Rockrose Court in Roscoe will officially reopen on Friday, November 6, at 10 a.m.!

With six more Stateline-area restaurants on the list to reopen, Beef-a-Roo is currently hiring for a variety of positions. Apply now at 815beefaroo.com.
