Witnesses called the police about a drunk man walking in traffic and along some railroad tracks. In the state of mind he was in, the man could've easily been run over by a car or train. When officers arrived on the scene, the suspect saw them and tried to hide by lying on the ground. That obviously didn't work.
When the cops searched the guy, he had an open bottle of booze in his jacket pocket. The suspect tried to escape while he was being arrested. He also kicked one of the officers in the shin. That's just not cool. Of course, this dude ended up in jail for many reasons.

Bartosiak was told he was under arrest and while taking him into custody, he repeatedly tensed his arms to prevent the officers from being able to do so.
