Illinois To Host Immersive Horror Festival This Year
If you're a big fan of Halloween, then Illinois is the perfect state for you to live in because there are so many related events to attend during the month of October.
Illinois City To Host The Midwest's Largest Immersive Horror Event
Halloween has come a long way since I was a kid. Back in those days, you would put up any Halloween decorations a couple of weeks out. There weren't very many. My parents would take me to get a costume the week before. We would only be able to wear it for basically for one day. You would bring it to school and put it on for your class party at the end of the day. Then, go trick-or-treating after school. That night we would go to the event in town, and that was it. Put it away for the year.

Now, Halloween is a big deal. It's become a huge deal like Christmas. Some people will put up their decorations in early September. The stores start selling Halloween stuff over the summer. There are events that start in September and run throughout the month of October. Children get to wear the costumes and celebrate multiple times. That's so cool because it's one of my favorite holidays.
